Why I’m Excited for My First Wine Tourism Conference – IWINETC 2025.
IWINETC 2025 in Mikulov will be my first international wine tourism conference! As a WSET-certified expert and founder of Wine Fantasy Barcelona, I’m excited to explore industry trends, connect with fellow professionals, and bring fresh ideas to wine travel.
My First Wine Tourism Conference – IWINETC 2025 in Mikulov
Wine tourism is more than just visiting wineries—it’s about immersing yourself in culture, storytelling, and unforgettable experiences. As the founder of Wine Fantasy Barcelona, I’ve spent years crafting personalized wine tours in Catalonia, Priorat, and Rioja, sharing my love for Spanish wines with travelers from around the world. But this March, I get to be the traveler!
I’m thrilled to be attending my first International Wine Tourism Conference (IWINETC) 2025 in Mikulov, Czech Republic. This conference brings together industry professionals, wineries, and tourism experts to explore the future of wine travel, and I can’t wait to be a part of it.
Why IWINETC Matters for Wine Tourism
Wine tourism is evolving, and conferences like IWINETC play a huge role in shaping its future. This event provides a platform for discussing emerging trends, sustainability, and innovative wine experiences, all of which are crucial for creating meaningful wine journeys.
For me, this is an opportunity to:
🍷 Learn from global wine tourism leaders – What’s working in other regions, and how can I bring fresh ideas to my tours?
🌍 Discover new wine regions – Exploring Moravia’s wines and the rich wine culture of the Czech Republic.
📈 Stay ahead of industry trends – From immersive vineyard experiences to tech-driven tourism, what’s next for wine travel?
What I Hope to Gain from IWINETC 2025
As a WSET 3-certified wine expert, Cava Educator, and Italian Wine Ambassador, I’m always looking for ways to enhance the wine experiences I offer. IWINETC gives me the chance to connect with fellow professionals, learn from the best, and bring new ideas to my tours in Barcelona, Priorat, and Rioja.
I’m especially excited to explore:
• Sustainable wine tourism – How wineries are adapting to eco-conscious travelers.
• The future of wine travel – What trends are shaping the way people experience wine around the world?
• Networking with like-minded experts – Meeting passionate wine professionals who share my love for storytelling through wine.
